I wanna see Halloween pics, especially those of your lil ones!!! Any good Halloween stories from last night?

This year Xavier and Ashe teamed up for the theme of Star Wars. Xavier was Darth Vader and Ashe was Yoda. We taught him the Weird Al Yankovich song so anytime he was asked who he was he'd burst into song and dance.

I finally got my wish, to dress up one of my kids as a Pine Fresh Air Freshener. I've been trying to do that since Xavier was an infant but things never worked out until Soren. It's the little things in life, folks. So here's a few pictures of the kids in their costume glory, from tonight and a few parties we attended this week.

The fact that I'm pretty sure that I remember when that Yoda child was born, and the fact that the picture of the Yoda child shows a developed and sentient little human, makes me exceedingly scared.

Tell me, do you carry the air freshener by the ring? Probably not, but it would be sweet, like a hammer-throw.

An air freshener that smells like **** seems counter productive.

I bought Twix, Snickers, Butterfingers, and Warheads candy to give out.

I painted a blue 'L' on both of my cheeks and made my lips blue, and went as a text message (L 0 L ).

No one came by :(

Noah the Vampire. No, he hasn't seen Twilight.

Pic of this pretty cool "haunted house". It's a person's house, but they go way over the top with decorating and they turn part of it into a haunted house for people to go through. It was pretty fun though, I've got a video of it on my FB.

Halloween was short this year. It was too cold for Takeo to stay out but of what we did, I had fun.

Had no trick or treaters knock on my door.

As for the over board "haunted house" if it doesnt have a guillotine in the front yard its not worth posting about.

Cute pics however.

We ToTed around a friend's neighborhood with them. The kids got an INSANE amount of candy. I foresee major pregnant lady weight gain in the next few weeks.

I'm trying to upload pics of last night. It was rainy and our neighborhood is not conducive to trick-or-treating anymore, so we went to the mall.

Takeo seems to have the same blank expression in each picture.

But otherwise, congrats everyone on a succesful Halloween! A friend of ours has this wheelchair that no one uses, so we pushed him around most of the night, messing around in the local businesses and just in general being public annoyances. It was funny as **** though.

Mr. Ambrya transferred the pics to his computer instead of mine, and erased the memory card. Now I have to wait for him to move them over. Will try to get them up soon.

Here's Tristan in his ninja costume. I was amazed he was willing to wear the mask.

Also: Not wearing the mask, he makes a damn pretty ninja.

The blade was just aluminum foil over plywood and since it was too big to move far, they left it in yard year round. It started to finally far apart this year, so ruin all my fun pointing it out to people on the bus and saying it was my daughter's house.

I don't think they had time to decorate this year and scare all the adults bringing kids around. We would have a party on their front porch with daughter in the coffin. We would make the kids knock on the lid for their candy. A few parents ended up running out into the street at the sight of her rising from the coffin dress as a very vamp vampyre.

Very cute photos of all the Asylum rugrats. They are growing up so fast.

Hannah was a bat. She was extremely invested in her batlike identity.

Sunday, we took her to see Where the Wild Things Are, and while she actually was quite happy the entire time and delighted to be the center of attention of theatre workers and strangers, I think of this as her default expression, so I'm uploading this one. People who know Nexa can facebook the other stuff, I'm lazy.

Haha. No pics available atm, but I did go to a fun costume party. Gov Palin was there, and approved of the use of my Gangster TommyGun(tm) for "hunting, and any other use". Or something like that... Jessica Rabbit was there too, as well as a ridiculously hot vampire chick. I drank alot. The end. :)

(just gunna repost from OOT for easy +1)

I went out trick-or-treating tonight as a belly dancer. Basically we worked it out so you couldn't see my face, so when I said Trick-or-treat/Happy Halloween/You too/Etc people generally had a confused face, laughed or said nice outfit.

Pic 1(full outfit)

Pic 2(close up on face 1)

Pic 3(close up face 2, side pic. You can also see the weird fake boobs I was using for pretty much all of the night)

Overall, ended up with a grocery bag full of candy after trading a bit.

Here is my princess as a princess. Except sometimes she would carry around a ninja sword. Maybe we picked out the wrong costume but it was free!

Princess Callee

With this being her third Halloween my favorite costume so far was when she was a pea pod. She was only 4 months old them and was a cutie!
