Busy weekend ahead. Three birthday parties to attend with the kiddies, cleaning house for friends staying for a couple days next week and babysitting an extra 2-year old all day on Sunday. I feel exhausted already.
Fortunately, I finished all my Christmas baking last night so the neighbors can be gifted today. Another job done. I may try and hit the gym this morning and get a low-key workout in. This belly is starting to look planetary.

Every year our head office throws a Christmas party for all the employees' kids, and that's on Saturday. My friend is throwing his annual Christmas get together saturday night. Sunday is my hotel's Christmas party. Plus, the gf's mother is in town, so tonight, we have a babysitter.

Really really sick, driving to fiance's house to rest, hoping his 3 kids don't harass me too badly! And I have sworn off any more wedding plans until after Christmas, wonder how long that will last?!

Relaxing night tonight of games, drinking, and hanging with my remaining housemates before they leave next week for the holidays. Tomorrow I'm going to take my computer to a repair guy; it hasn't messed up in two days, but I feel like I'm playing with fire, as it was spazzing earlier this week, reseting randomly, and not booting. I'm also going to go see the movie "Precious," which is totally not my genre, but I've heard is pretty decent and my friend wants to see it. Not sure about Saturday night or Sunday.

Probably a lot of WoWing, haha.

We have tickets to see the Portland Symphony Orchestra's Christmas show on Sunday. I still have to make food stuff for the holidays.

My computer died last week, so I think I may go computer shopping, or, I might just order one.

I set some cranberry wine to brewing just before thanksgiving - it's ready for secondary fermentation - that means racking it into another jug. I'll probably rack my mead for a second and final time while I'm at it.

This weekend I'm hitting the thrift stores to do some shopping for a Tacky Christmas party I'm going to next Friday. And, I'm getting my hair trimmed.

That's, uh, about it, really. Pretty boring.

Ugly sweater party tonight, hangover tomorrow.

I'm thinking that Sunday will be a mix of nothing and something (or more nothing).

Ben's Thread in the OOT has made me want to make a pot of home made chicken noodle soup on Sunday. I won't have to worry about it sitting out for 3 days, It will be gone before bed time.

I have a Slumber Party I'm doing tomorrow so I'm hoping to make a couple hundred then I can start the Xmas shopping.

Sunday I may just sit inside all day and play Aion and eat that soup. They are calling for Rain and Snow my way. Going to watch the Ravens game and weep into said soup.

How could the botulism thread make you want soup?

Christmas shopping and fixing computers this weekend. I've got 3 from various people that need un-destroying. Also planning on working on the hull reinforcement for my radio controll boat, since 21 degrees is perfect boat racing weather! (the icebergs add excitement)

I'm trying my best not to, but I think i might be getting a cold.

For me: GRE studying *whimper* and watching my husband frantically grade papers.

I already took my practice exam for the day, and scored 700+ on both verbal and quantitative, which pleased me greatly. I'm planning on taking at least one more, possibly two more practice exams, before my actual test next Tuesday.

My daughter is sitting for the GRE's next week. I'm worried. I took them not too long ago myself. While doing the test it didn't seem any harder than I expected. What I didn't expect was that I would keep running out of time on each section. Don't dilly-dally.

Yeah, it's all about the pacing. I'm learning the hard way it's better to just go ahead and guess at a hard math problem and move onto ones that are easier, than to waste 5 minutes on something impossible and then not actually finish the section.

Me too! And then I have a 30th birthday party to attend afterwards, so I'm guessing the hangover will last all the way til Sunday.

I spent all week checking out Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx and other regular stores and still couldn't find a single worthy entry for an ugly sweater. Luckily I found a great ladies sweater at a thrift store a couple hours ago. /psych!

Lol, I have a non-cooking bachelor bud at work. We agreed today on a trade - I'd make him a pot of chili in exchange for a carboy (big jug for wine-making) that he's not using anymore. Guess I'll be making some, too, this weekend.

Go go barter system.

this has been a really shitty week for me so I am dying for Sunday to roll around when I can honestly say I have no plans and god damnit I refuse to make any!

Today I spent 5 (yes 5) hours creating a monstrosity of a cake for Ashes birthday party tomorrow. If you would like some extra entertainment and view the cake itself while simultaneously mocking me, I posted pics of it in my blog, located in my Siggy! I'm also battling a cold and just a lot of stress with just so much being thrown at me at once.

Tomorrow is Ashes 3rd (yes 3rd) birthday AND party. We're hosting the party at out tiny house. Should be interesting and entertaining. The MR. and I are already placing bets on how many people will go into cardiac arrest from the amount of frosting is on what we have dubbed "The Cake".

Sunday I am supposed to go to brunch with a bunch of women but Im just going to call out. Instead I plan on sleeping in and doing N.O.T.H.I.N.G.

Should be awesome
