Who cares that it's Friday!? Flea has been back this week and the board has been spicier so here's a bowl of fish eyes and a shot of tequila for all!!

This weekend much of the same, with the exception of trying to take it a bit easier. Sciatica is literally a PIMA.

I have sciatica too. Sucks.

This will be the third day in a row that it's been above freezing (we were below freezing for 14 days straight, which is very rare for TN) so I expect the golfers will be out in full force. Mo money fo me! Then working all weekend since we have a wedding reception at the club tomorrow night and some private party dealie on Sunday night. I think I'll need wine.

Three-day weekend, huzzah! I completely forgot about that!

Tonight we're having a birthday party for one of my housemates. As last weekend's party was insanely fun, and we're having the exact same people this weekend (+ a couple more friends), I'm expecting just as good a time. Last weekend we got drunk enough to decide that sledding on couch cushions down the stairs would be a good idea. I'm covered in bruises from a week ago, but they don't hurt any more at least!

No idea for the rest of the weekend. Will probably go to Ocala to go to church (the congregation is moving into a brand new church this weekend!) and visit my parents. My CC bill came in, and it's a few hundred dollars more than I expected, so I don't know if I'll be going out to party that much, haha.

Today: Booked the day off work (I have 18 days to take before April). Reading books, watching Cricket and generally kicking back. Tonight I'll cook dinner for girly and have a chilled night in.

Tomorrow: Finish off a few house chores and probably stroll to the pub for lunch with t'other 'alf (or my other third as the diminutive poppet describes herself). Maybe movies or a DVD on the evening

Sunday: Lunch with her sister in Oxfordshire then ironing in front of the telly.

And a 'Damn Straight' at Tare's comments about Flea'lo - brought a spark back to =4 Smiley: clap

Yes, it does, but the vicodin is a nice side effect.

Driving back to Tulsa today (since kai has no school and someone owes me $) because tomorrow night we are "Sleeping with the Sharks" at the aquarium. I am not sure how I feel about waking up and seeing sharks staring at me...Smiley: eek

As for tonight, cleaning up the mess from a busted pipe in my garage when the temps went below zero and the roommate decided to do laundry at midnight.Smiley: mad If we can't get it fixed, roommate is screwed because currently there is no water to the house.

Sunday we are driving home, my plan is to make all the kids go upstairs while I lock the man in our bedroom and ravage his body. Nah, not really, probably be WAY too tired. ROFL Smiley: lol

Monday the kids have no school, I am not sure what I will be able to do with 4 kids. Oh yeah video games!!!

Tonight: making chocolates for Christmas with my mom and sister tomorrow afternoon and going to the gym.
Tomorrow: Taking Hannah to ballet and tap, then going to Christmas with nuclear family, then heading to Massachusetts to recover from event with nuclear family. Smash will ensure there is wine.
Sunday: Not sure yet. Perhaps some snow activity. We haven't made a reasonable snow man yet this year.
Monday: I have the day off so I'll be leisurely driving home (probably in the snow). May stop in Freeport or somewhere for lunch and to check out the outlets with the Hannah monkey.

Holy hell, I've had sciatica too. It seems to have gone away, though - it was always positional, for me.

Three day weekend ahoy!

And of course I concur with everyone who has said "welcome home Flea!"

This explains the colitis.

Well, I'm off work today because I caught a stomach bug and no one should have to deal with me. Tonight I take another stab at Joph's mom's painting until I get sick of it, curse her vehemently for having commissioned it, and then sigh and take another stab at it.

Saturday Joph is finally being a good ****** and working two other jobs, so he's gone for the day and it'll be Jr. and I finally putting away Christmas ornaments and lounging after I get my Zumba on. That evening, I have to help with another job for Joph with my MIL.

Sunday, more work for Joph while I lock Jr. in his room and get drunk. It's looking promising.

Edit: CJ for all!
Edit Redux: What's the deal with OOT? Are they still insufferable vag's or is it okay to poke one's head in there without feeling like you just got crabs?

Hey! It's been a good week, I've really enjoyed the resurgence of the asylum.

The plan for the weekend is to clean up. I've been gone a lot lately and it's sort of slowly fallen apart. Aside from that this is my first weekend without way too much planned in like a month, so I'm going to enjoy doing not much. I will probably take a stab at fixing the dishwasher.

As for the OoT, they occasionally have interesting threads.

WB Flea, it's been too long.

Sunday the Mr. and I are off to do something we havent in over 2 years, since we moved down: we're going to a concert! Smiley: inlove My mom is driving down and spending a few nights and we're taking full advantage and heading out to listen to good music late at night. I'm stoked. Otherwise it will be the kids entertaining Grandma while I hopefully sneak away to pass out undisturbed for an hour or so, and maybe hit a museum this Monday if they are open.

I looked around. Maybe I'll comment on something if something looks interesting one day, but nothing today. It was like being in a room with Jr. and his cousin, except less discussions on Legos and Pokemon.

No, they finally made them take Pokemon threads to the new anime forum.

The horror!

I worked hard to get that accomplished! There's still far too much fucking Anime in there for having it's "own" forum though.

Friday: A night in, relaxing and sipping wine and eating some jerk chicken I am cooking using a recipe from Levi Roots cookbook

Saturday: Some shopping for basics and then exercise to work off the Christmas pounds.

Sunday: Working off more of the Christmas pounds and maybe a visit to the gym. Spend some of the evening hunting down the best travel deals for a summer break.

I ******* love jerk chicken. It's the only reason I go to the Notting Hill carnival anymore.

Reggae, jerk chicken, weed, a huge *****, I really should've been Jamaican.

I'm not sure how to describe it without sounding like I'm bragging. It's going really well, we're working on really interesting topics, we're close to the heart of the government, the team is full of ridiculously bright 20somethings, we talk and joke politics all the time, it's awesome. Sometimes I feel like I'm in a TV series.

Lots of work, admittedly, so less time to post on Alla. But still, everything is irie so far.

A good grad school lesbian friend of mine has her birthday today. We are off to an el paso bar that has a mechanical bull and a few bull dykes to ride, and then a strip club where i promised to buy her dances. Working off the hangover tomorrow, and then using the monday off to work out extra hard on my abs Sunday. Dreading spring break already this year because I really let go with southern cooking over the holiday. Gonna be a nice weekend.
