So, the Justice Department will review the Oakland Shooting case to determine if Federal prosecution is warranted after the former transit cop was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
To me this makes perfect sense, as they have to now find something to do to fill their days since they won't prosecute New Black Panther Party members for voter intimidation.
Of course, that's the Justice Department. It doesn't reflect on the President at all. He would have to have appointed the people in charge over there, or something.
