I'm a fan of some of Staind's covers.
Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd originally Sober by Tool Disturbed covers are usually good (and two were mentioned upthread, "Shout 2000" and "Land of Confusion" ) They also do a decent
U2's "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" Sort of a cover live
Temple of the Dog cover with Chris Cornell and Chester Bennigton signing This is live and the crowd goes nuts when Chester starts singing.
Dunno if this counts but Fear Factory covering Cars with Gary Numan on the synth was kinda cool when I was younger

Drunk Feeling Good my MUSE. They're awesome when they get stuck doing performances on international TV shows though where the band members just don't give a sh*t and will start playing different instruments to pre-recorded crap on Talk shows like this
Where the singer is on drums, the bassist on guitar and the drummer is on bass. The talk show hosts don't even realize it and interview the wrong guy at the end lol. Trolling on national TV. The host doesn't even realize she's talking to to wrong person in the little post-song interview. It's (to me anyways) hilarious. She's talking to the drummer as if he were to lead guitar singer. after the song.
