The Senate bill already passed the procedural filibuster hurdle with 68 votes. The bill itself is to be voted on around 4pm EST and is expected to get ~70 votes as well. Despite the bipartisan majority, Boehner has already said he won't put the bill up for a vote in the House, is having the House create multiple broken up bills rather than a comprehensive bill and will require a majority from both parties before he'll but the bills up.
