It would be surprising, no, it would be unbelievable to think that some innocent people wouldn't get mistakenly 'caught' through this particular surveillance program. Probably even innocent Americans. Still, there is little to NO real evidence of abuse of power. Only paranoia borne from ignorance.
Secundo, I don't think many would agree with you that Snowden was at all smart with his little slice of Secret pie.
