Not that I dealt a lot with wireless stuff(mostly tv, internet and home phone), but I actually was shocked to discover during a recent stint doing customer support for Rogers, that the older folk seem to have a better understanding of their hardware than the younger people do, at least among most of the people calling in, on average, among the calls that made their way to me...actually, I probably can't prove that the calls I got are a good sampling of the populace...
