Add twelve questions, eight of which are rhetoric, allude to facts then claim logic is the same thing, and finally point out how after years of doing so that no one explains otherwise. Now apparently it's an argument.

It doesn't. Of the two of us, I think I'm probably more qualified to diagnose here. Could maybe plausibly sound like some sort of paranoid delusion that everyone but me was a racist or some other pathology, but projection would require me demonstrating obviously to other impartial observers that I were racist. That clearly isn't occurring. Occams razor and all that, you could just be a scared white guy who hates black people. Just own it, why the determination to not be racist? Who cares?

Sarcasm aside, when this leads someone to make assumptions about the outcomes that don't match the reality, then it does become racist. Doubly so if you advocate for some counterbalancing socio-economic policies as a result (which I'm assuming we can all agree Smash absolutely does). And one might argue that this is a mistake or action deriving from ignorance of the facts, but Smash's assumptions weren't just based on ignorance, they were willfully ignorant. Smash responded angrily at the mere suggestion that his assumptions about the racial outcomes might not be correct.

My assumption was that a black kid who ran over 4 people would go to jail. Has this been demonstrated not to be the case?

There are no minors driving cars without a liscenced adult in the front seat next to them over here. No, you don't get to drive yourself to high school. No, your car won't ever be a status symbol in school. because you can't own one that you can drive in public until you're 18. But you aren't ever going to kill someone with your car until you're old enough to take the adult consequences.

However In America theoretically children are driving long before they are drinking. This is good. Over here legal solo driving coincides with legal buying of alcohol... although Probationary Drivers aren't allowed to drive with any alcohol in their system whatsoever. They have to blow 0.00 b/a. But you know, they can gamble on not getting caught driving with blood alcohol.

Same judge gave a black 14 year old 10 years for involuntary. Also gave another 10 years for armed robbery with a pellet gun. Slightly more outraged than previously, but not surprised.

Yeah except the cases being mentioned are different than this one.

If the dam crooks would be more uniform in their criminal acts, sentencing would be much easier.
