But I finally, for real this time, quit smoking. It's been three weeks and I haven't looked back. I've tried almost everything, from wellbutrin, chantix, patches, gum, tooth picks. I even joined a study group at Duke with an 85% quit rate and I couldn't quit. I tried a disposable e-cigs (blu) and that didn't help.
I've been wanting to try real e-cigs for awhile but they're always so expensive, and so I'd always put it off. There was always something else more important for the kids or the family. But life got thrown upside down for me a month ago and I finally decided to do something for me. I did a bunch of research and found an e-cigs with good independent ratings and decided to try it out.
Three weeks later, and I haven't even though of picking up a real cig. I can even be around people smoking and it doesn't bother me. So I just wanted t share a pretty important milestone in my life. Yay! Now, back to your regularly scheduled GFY!
