Liftware is such a useful technology. It's a base with several cutlery attachments to damp down arm tremors by 70%. The freaking thing costs $300 though, which is out of reach for so many ill people who already have so many expenses associated with their illness. Lift Lab apparently got a lot internet attention, and some people started buying units to donate to strangers in need. So now they're having a March fundraiser in which Lift Lab matches donations. I threw in $25, but I suspect they'd be grateful for $1.

I have a tiny tremor that's usually invisible, and fluctuating muscle weakness. Every now and then it causes me to drop crockery, which makes me literally cry when I've just made a new full plate of food. It's stopped me being able to eat with chopsticks, and I can't close doors without slamming them, which makes me sound like an angry person all the time. I can't imagine how hard life is for someone with full blown Parkinson's.
