Neurotic is another favorite, for the freakouts, and the wife seems to identify readily with the compulsive checking of the sink. Other than that these always the fallback of opposite personalities, good and evil, technophobe and computer wiz, the socialite with the loner, for when you want to watch people bounce off each other. These Sims sure are amusing little critters.
Also these fairies are amusing, as they will autonomously play pranks on one another very readily. So you pan over to the one you thought was painting and he's busy booby trapping the mailbox, or worse.

Sadly Sims can now get in and out of pools without the aid of ladders. However that doesn't keep you from constructing a large fence around the edges.
