I think you have me confused with Dynas, seeing as how we have the same avatar. I don't play Pokemon.

Unless it's Super Smash Bros. Brawl, in which case I rule with Jigglypuff.

Yeah, but I got rid of it. I only downloaded it because it was free.

Actually Tail Whip is a very good early game first attack. Any Buff or Debuff is (at all levels of the game), randoms and trainers pokemon can not 1 shot you unless really under level, or weakness related (even this doesn't always 1 shot and generally does not happen as it would be switched). It is a safe bet you will be able to survive the 1 turn "loss" in most cases and then you will begin to out damage/last longer than your opponent.

well played sir.

Yeah, but in the grand scheme of things, it's a rather weak debuff.

I used to be heavy into the metagame for Gen 3 and Gen 4. I dominated everyone until I started playing fellow competitive players... Big fish in small pond syndrome at its finest.

Pokedorks.

Ok, I watched the cartoons, but I've never played the games. I also didn't like the fact that they changed rice balls to donuts! >:(

I upgraded to 8 gigs of RAM today! Smiley: cool

Does anybody need 4 sticks of 1GB DDR2 800Mhz RAM? Cover the shipping cost (probably like $5) and it's yours!

Now that I brought it up, I have a few other random computer parts I could offload as well...

  • Athlon 64 x2 dualcore processor. I think it's 2.1 Ghz per core, socket AM2. I'll make sure of the specifics if anybody wants it. Nothing wrong with it at all; I just upgraded when my motherboard burned out about a year ago.
  • 3 - 80mm fans. Blue LEDs. These things are brighter than the ******* sun. I installed 2 of them and took them out the day after because they're so goddamn bright that I couldn't even watch TV in the same room.
  • 800 Watt PSU. Some cheapo thing I picked up a few years ago at the local cheapo store when I upgraded my video card and my previous one didn't have SLI jacks. This thing was seriously cheap, and I replaced it a few months after getting it. Actually, now that I think about it, this POS might have been the reason my motherboard fried about a year ago. Yeah. Nevermind. You don't want it. I'll throw it in the trash tomorrow.
  • White keyboard/mouse combo, very slim an compact. These are actually really nice! USB only (no PS2 connector) and the keyboard has 2 USB jacks in it, essentially making it a splitter; you can even plug the mouse into the keyboard. The only downside is that they're made for Mac. They work fine with Windows, but there's no Windows button. I bought it for my laptop (it's really slim and travels well) but only used it for a few months before the lack of a Windows button drove me to buy a different keyboard/mouse.

If anybody can find a use for this stuff, it's yours. Just throw me a buck or two for shipping. If not, it's all going to some recycle place.

im thinking building a stupidly big computer. For no reason other than I can afford it, something silly like 32G of ram sounds good to me.

For sure! There's a lot of crazy stuff in computer parts, stuff we don't want in the soil.

I actually wrote 2 paragraphs about how micro-technology would make your silly obese-technology obsolete in a year, but then realized I could sum it up in one sentence: You're stupid if you build a system like that.

I got a bit bored tonight and took a walk to the pub a few blocks away from here. Had some nice conversation with a woman I met from out of town. As I took my leave to go home, she felt the need to say some words of farewell... she complimented my highlights. I didn't have the nerve to inform her that I don't have highlights, it must just be the neon reflecting off my grey.

Those damn gray hairs! I have had them since high school. I am only 26 now and they are pretty noticeable.

On a side note, if anyone happens to know anyone willing to sell an Adamantoise Egg or Red Pondweed I am super interested. Just need the egg to finish my BB, and then I can feel better about starting to work on Spharai.
