Has SE changed their billing cycle since they merged POL with the SE account system? Hypothetically speaking, if I reactivated my account today, on January 29th, would I be charged for two months on February 1st (Once for January and once for February), or would they charge me once and not have to be pay again until February 29th?

why so many people crying about the healing cap change? Looks like a buff to me (although it requires caster and target to work together to reach max potency) am I missing something or what?

People fail at comprehension and seem to think that the +50% cap is being lowered.
Cure received gear sucks and is pretty much a waste of space.

I installed and torrented the update files yesterday. I'll be reactivating some time this week. Most likely around Wednesday or so. I'm just waiting for my course load to lighten up this week.
