Orange Shiny confirmed. Also we find out that the bird is Egyptian and a drama queen.

Oh, it looks orange. But what if it's some kind of peach or tangerine colored ioun stone I've never heard of? Huh? Did you think of that?

Seems a little too easy. Also, isn't Durkon going to need a coffin at some point?

Considering they're heading towards dwarven lands if memory serves, I'm too amused at his prophecy coming true to be concerned with necrophile's sleeping habits.

Now that Elan has Halley's father's approval, they can finally have sex. Elan and Halley I mean.

New Comic

I'm pretty sure the last panel is referencing some skit I haven't seen.

It's referencing a previous strip back in the Starmetal arc which, yes, was a parody of a comedy skit.

It's a reference to this strip.

Oh. Which is itself a reference to this Monty Python skit

I got it into my head to re-read the whole story from the beginning. It's funny because there aren't any major plot points I've missed but sometimes I come across two or three strips in a row that I must have missed or skipped or completely forgotten. Not the Polearm Emporium but just other random stuff (like when Xykon had Miko in a Forcecage).

New strip up the other day

I suppose the take-away here is that Roy's father (accidentally) killed Eric

That was actually implied earlier on. I don't remember when (when Roy met up with Eric maybe?) but I do know that this was something I already knew.

What Roy said previous could have been interpreted a bunch of ways. This was a lot more overt.

Placing odds on the Snarl liquifying everything it touches, and the ocean of water is actually the "World's Largest Genetic Soup".

So the Snarl is actually Shinji Ikari.
