Lol, no the reason San d`Oria is in 3rd this week is because they lost Zulkhiem to Bastok!(/hurray ^^p)

I've never done an EF event- but I'd be down. Are there different caps for different regions? Well, my jobs are in my sig, so I could go as any of those that meet the cap.

Talk to the Gateguard (the one that cast signet)
you see a list of options (signet, spend CP, supply quest..)
you will see "expeditionary force"(sp?) , then he gives you each region's name and level cap,
as I heard, you can do it as a full alliance for best results ..
