This item drops in various ENMs, and is the trigger for the Ouryu Cometh battle, which in turn yields Monarch's Orb, the trigger for The Wyrmking Descends.

If you are able to do ENMs, but don't have enough people for Ouryu Cometh, you might be interested in what AbsoluteVirtual linkshell has to offer: Ouryu Mercenary Service. If you provide us with a Cloud Evoker, we will fight Ouryu and pass all treasure to you, except for the Monarch's Orb.

Possible Ouryu Cometh drops include: Imanotsurugi (300k), Tutelary (160k), Kunwu Ore (400k), Wyrm Horn (1350k), Damascene Cloth (790k), Damascus Ingot (1100k), Siren's Hair (280k), Behemoth Hide (1780k), and Divine Log (500k).
