Levling past 32....Follow

Ok, i have been hanging out in citadel off and on for past few days and hardly ANY parties. I did get in a few but they were awful and broke up quickly.

Is there ANY where else to go? up until 32 i knew of several places to go but I can't find anyone in game to tell me of another place to go.

I guess I have to be patient more patient. *sigh*

Oh, all my equipment is up to date. I am a 32WAR/16MNK with full Eisen armor set, Voulge +1 Great Axe, Balance rings, Beetle +1 Earings, Warior Belt +1, Spike Neclace and Wolf Mantle +1.

Give me some suggestions please.

At 32 it's best just to put your Party Flag up and sit in Jeuno. Eventually someone will invite you. People at your level generally party in Garlaige Citadel, Crawler's Nest, or Eastern Altepa Desert. The first two areas are cramped, over-crowded, and full of trains on a regular basis. The third requires you to have an Altepa crystal.

You can get your Altepa crystal by going to Bastok Mines, then zoning into Zehrun Mines (the entrances is under the scaffolding up the hill to the right from the entrance to Markets). Then talk to Lasthenes at the gate, which allows you to go through. Go straight through the tunnel to Korroloka. In Korroloka you'll need sneak and invisible. It's a very straight tunnel so just go all the way to the end then turn to the left at the very end. You'll then zone out to Eastern Altepa Desert. The crystal is in a little dip far to the NW. You'll need sneak for this area. Your best bet would be to follow the wall to the north until you see the NPC for area control then turn left and go straight out into the desert. There are usually people running to the NPC (which is near the zone that goes to Rabao) so just go the opposite way they are going.

Or you could just ask someone to show you.

You're in these three areas until about 39-40, when you move into Gustav Tunnel, which is near Valkurm Dunes.

yep it will be slow. What you can do is if you are still early into lvl 33 is go kill evil weapons in sauramouge champlain (sp?) Up where there is that cove at the top left of the map sort of. Just pull them into the cove from the wall that runs along that side. They are only good up until lvl 33 and you can chain them pretty fast. I did this more than twice already and it has worked out pretty well. Then just go back to garlaige and lvl off of bats / beetles later like you were before.

w00t. Monday night was great. Got invited to a party in Citadel with:

WHM/BLM, BLM/WHM, BRD/WHM, MNK/THF DRK/???? and me WAR/MNK.

I remembered why I liked bards. He (or she) was a nice help. I also enjoyed having Warcray now. It makes for some strong SC when I do Warcry, Berzerk, and Boost when using Meat Mithka... Fun times

We pulled down 10k exp in just over 2hrs. I leveled from 34-36 and most got 2 levels. It was great. Pretty much Non-stop fighting.

So now I guess it is off to Crawlers nest to get to 40 or so...
