Who's Leaving?Follow

Hi Everybody!

I'm level 63 and recently, I have been having great difficulty getting into EXP PTs. As you can see, I am a WHM - a rather popular class - for EXPing. (Not as popular as BLMs, but certainly more popular than WARs :P)

Both my LS leader Kenshyn 66 WAR (the above said WAR :P) and we both do a /sea all invite to see if there is anyway we can start our own PTs...but in any given moment there are only 12-15 people seeking, with more than half of them being "J"s with "Japanese Only" comments. When doing a search of EXP areas for our levels, we usually see maybe ONE PT...if not no PTs.

Just curious...did a lot of people leave/on vacation from FFXI cuz Halo 2 and other MMORPGs came out, and we all got tired of JP advantage (real or imagined), Gil Sellers, and ruined economy? Are there shortage of NA players now?

...I don't play any other game...I just play this and it gets lonely sitting in Jeuno or where ever for hours. I feel like no one wants this little taru... ><

Did anyone else experience their friends leaving the game for another or declared an undetermined hiatus?

On the bright side for you, there are alot of high lvl 50 players always seeking and alot of us are NA. In due time we will all be in our mid 60's and you won't have a problem lvling. The only thing that takes so long to get to mid 60's are the LB's and AF's so if you can't find a party and see people needing help with AF's in jeuno, help them out so they can get to mid 60's a little faster and you will no longer have this problem. I myself at 58 will proably have to spend a week getting my AF body due to all the thf's that camp the coffers in Castle ortiza. I do think that is kinda bogus to put AF in the same coffer chest as a 400k item, kinda makes it very hard to get.
