I decided that posting this would give me a better chance at finding what I'm looking for than pointless shouting.
The Federation Signet Staff, available to rank 10 Windurstian's for 5k CP. If you have this for sale or know someone that's selling it PLEASE send me a tell or post a message here or something! I've been looking for this since those damn staves came out but all I can find is San d'Oria and Bastok ones. >.<

Hmm... On that note-- I propose a NEW way to **** off the gilsellers.
Those few who are Rank 10... who can easily grab vast amounts of CP with thier low-level jobs... grab a bunchs of them.
Like, five apiece.
Put them up for auction at a lowish price-- say, 20 K.
Let Windurst stay on top with a LOT of low-mid level players being able to have signet all the time-- good for our nation, good for your pocketbooks. And messes up the matest thing a Gilseller would try to capitalise on... becuse you KNOW that if they get really expensive, they WILL try to hit lvl 10 and up-bump the market.
