What is the quickest way to get fame in the 3 cities. Does each have a quest that will help u get fame faster then the others? ~Nymeria~
i did the "Only the best" quest in selbina. Its the guy standing next to the sheep. It raises fame in both san'doria and in bastok but lowers norg fame. If you buy boyhada moss for 7000-7500 and get 12 stacks you will break even from how much gil the NPC gives you for each moss. This should get your fame from lvl 1 to 7 or maybe even to 9 if it is higher than 1 :p. For windurst i am still trying to find a good and fast way :/

For Windurst what I did was go through and do all the quests I could that were just solo quests. After that I started doing the infamous Bastore Sardine quest. Its a tedious quest but you dont lose money (you actually make like 25 per sardine) but the problem is you have to zone EVERY time you want to trade the little ******* a sardine. Yagudo necklaces turn in to the cat burglar lady and thats repeatable and if youre farming crawlers keep the calculus you can turn those in as a repeatable quest as well. There is no super fast fame in Windy though that I have found yet though :( if you find one let me know ^^.

It's not widely known. But they do not help with WINDURST fame at all. Turn in four or four thousand... and your Windy fame stays where it is.
OTOH, it DOES help NORG fame, because that reprehensible theif IS a member of the Tenshodo (to my eternal shame, and Aldo should have known better) so it's not a bad quest after all.
Just a minor correction. ^_^
