GIANT GIL GIVEAWAYFollow

Well as real life goes on, I'm very much considering quitting the game for the 2nd time >< . I've spent the last month pretty much watching the Casino thing get way outta hand, and i feel partly responsible. People please...I emplore you, just to let u all know the major casinos have been making millions off of you for quite some time now. Being that I rarely do the Casino anymore Im starting to understand why it annoyed so many people. People like Mistah spends 15hrs a day raping people of their gil. I did the same for a long time. So for one I wish that everyone stops gambling because if people stop , then it will go away. Second if i do quit, which i should decide in the next upcoming weeks, Im going to give my gil away. Rather then sell my account or something I'm going to give back to the community. If someone comes up with a really good idea or reason as to why the need or deserve the gil, I will consider it and get back to them If i do quit. Please dont get mad if i dont end up quitting, and giving away all my gil lol. But the future will tell. If u dont want to post on the forums, you may just send me a /tell in game and let me know what you think. Ok thank you for listening ^^

because im a poor drk with no haubergeon and only 1 sniper ring
no vessagos or asault earring. Gil would help me out alot seeing as ah prices for putting up items is sorta ridiculous now >.< lol

(just so everyone know, i work with Hellkid in RL. and i hate my life cause of him....... lol j/k)

i been with hellkid when he quit for the first time, when he was a lvl 55ish elv drk. and after 6 months or so, he join FFXI cause it was too addicting. and he couldnt resisted. now for the second time, he will be quitting as a lvl 65ish taru blm.
Anyone see a pattern to this??

you all guess it, after several months, he'll feel the pull of FFXI, and he'll join the ranks of FFXI again, probably as a mithra/ galka/ or hume, in a different class... and maybe this time, he'll lvl that character to 75.

LOL ^^



and after that, he'll quit for several more months... join FFXI again ( is this the third or the fourth time?? lol XD ) and maybe take a class to 75 and another class to 55......
(by then, SE would probably raise the bar from 75 to 85ish to maybe 100)
(we can only hope^^)

So, overall, this will be an endless loop for hellkid.... he'll never completely break away from FFXI, just like his smoking/drinking/gambling habits. ^^

What do you have to say to that, HK?

edit: the sad thing is, he been lvling like there no tomorrow... getting to 65 blm in like 2 months.... while i'm still in the lvl 56ish ranges and it been almost a year for me.... now that sad
(of course, i been experimenting in 3-4crafts, and 2 jobs in the 56ish, all else, in the 1-25 ranges)

From what i hear, u are a great player and i dont see any reason for u to quit!
But, if u decide to, hears my reason. my highest lvl is a 30 thf. second highest is my 10 war, followed by my 5 DRK. I am total broke, never been over 12k at one time. Kara (a mihtra) and i have decided to get married for the fun of it, and seeing as both of us can never get any money, we cant get married. She walks around most of the time with only a Lether Vest on and thats the only thing ive ever seen her wear. If u give me the gil, ill get her new equipment, the wedding, and possibly (if theres any left over) buy myself something.

But seriously, if i were u i wouldnt ever delete my Char.

How sad, quitting now? why not wait until you hit 75 and have Rank10? Huh? then its like you completed the game. Eh? Or even.....>.> Rank 10 in all nations XD. Thats kinda cool giving your gil out like that, but keep some on your character at least, in case you decide to stay no? Oh if you dont mind, can you please send some gil to me? Lv 65 whm with no erase, kinda sad >< /slap me for it too, but...heh i have to support blm with gil so i was never able to get erase ><. But keep that in mind, dont quit till you're lv 75 and rank10 =^.^=

Hellkid, despite meeting many fun people along my year of FFXI, I don't know if i'll ever return. I am glad that gil sellers are being dealt with though, that was a major issue for me being the sniper ring wannabe melee I was.

But, I'm playing WoW now with koci, imfour, and a bunch of r/l friends from my hometown.

So that'd be like 30 bucks a month in MMO bills.

If you do decide to quit for good, why not go out with a bang. buy one fairly good item for each job class, advertize for 1 hour in lower jueno that you will be giving that item out if someone can answer the question you make in /shout correctly and have a question for each job so there are a couple lucky people that get some stuff. ^^

Go to one of the town AHs, not jeuno, select some kinda cheap easy to find crystal, like a single earth, or an easy to get item in the area, like a insect wing in windy or a rabbit hide in sandy. and spend it all on that so some newb gets it all.

Do a /sea all (whatever) and do eenie meenie miney mo, and send your money to that person

Or do it to the people asking for money in this thread

Other than that, give it out to peeps you know or buddies or something. I dun really have anything creative, not when you can't just toss the money into the middle of lowjeuno so people start killing themselves.
