Edit: Oh and I am right there with you about the people that don't bring anima, many assume that the others will bring enough and they do not need to spend time doing it. The problem emerges big time when several people in the group think this. If it wasn't so hard to get people and certain jobs I would easily kick someone out who didn't bring anima to the fight or have a really good reason not too (it is rather hard for a WHM to farm for it alone but most jobs have no excuse)

I agree. the anima help out a ton. If u have enough of them, the NM doesnt attack you for a good deal of time. i went in last night in a great party, some of the good ole boys from the wheelchair LS. We set the record for beating it, at least since the server has been updated.

PLD/WAR - Eddie
RNG/NIN - CTRL
RNG/NIN - Dminknight - spellin sorry
RNG/NIN - Jaydin
WHM/BLM - Kutter
SMN/WHM - Sephororaph - spellin sorry again

Rangers seem to be key damage dealers once we get here. Or our SMN just kicked serious booty. We had probably 8 anima between us. We didnt even get a chance to use them all. I believe we used 4-5 of them during the battle. Between the SMN 2 hr and the trio of rangers using sharpshoot, barrage, weopon skills and 2 hrs we smoked it so fast i didnt even use my 2hr. The paladin used his invincible about 30% of NM life to hold aggro but the last 30% went so fast i didnt even use eagele eye as i said.

This being said, we all were prepared with poison potions, eye drops for rangers to prevent missing with our 2 hr, and reraise scrolls were used just in case.

I had been 0-3 before only making it to the NM once be4 this. We may have won that one but our 2nd rng had missed on his 2 hr and the pld died b4 using invince and didnt have reraise.

Anima and other items are very necessary for each person in the party. I was lucky to find a group that was willing to do the work prior to going to the krag to be successful

Good luck with this Kramer. 0/10 must be driving you crazy. My only advice is to INSIST that everyone bring anima. With Anima, any promy boss is cake with any normal XP party makeup. You don't need the "must have this job" people to win. You only need anima, patience, a good balanced party and good players. Since insisting on anima in Promy parties, i've gone from 0/10 or so (all promys) to 6/6, including 2 hollas.

I would offer to help (the boss is OK) it's just holla second floor that drives me crazy. Those fences are a pain in the ***.
