Barchiel, what did Chapstic do to you?

I have PTed with Chap quite often and have not found him to be a bad guy.

Kimber also helped a large group of players I was with make a Rank run up Delkfutt's Tower. I have found him to be helpful and courteous.

I think this is the danger of a thread about bashing people. I am sure someone will jump up and say, "Alekzander" is an asshat for doing this... But I think there would also be more than a few players that would comment on my helpfulness.

You catch people having bad day IRL and if it is your 1st time meeting them and they come across as rude or ill-tempered then you think "What an asshat" when in reality they are a great person.

One bad experience with someone does not get them on my blist. I chalk it up to a bad day for them. Two bad experiences and I have a pretty good idea of who they are.

As an example, I made a failed Prom-Holla run last night with a guy that my static had a run-in with a while ago. I found this guy to be a compotent and friendly player that I would PT with anytime.

The moral - give people the benefit of the doubt before you bash them or make an assumption about who they really are.

I've met Chapstic a long time ago, around last May I'd say. He was ok then. I didn't know him well. I PTed with him again about a week or 2 ago in Onzozo. PT was ok. He told me how he remember PTing with me in "the old days", I /humped him and he started to make jokes about "bunghole bouncers" and stuff. I thought it was funny and laughed at his jokes. Seemed like a humorous guy. He made about 7 jokes like that toward me, like he was trying to come up with new stuff. But I thought that it was all funny, and laughed. I thought he was a cool guy. So to return a joke to him, when he rested (he's a PLD), I went to stand in front of him with my crotch in his face. It was funny. But he got PISSED!!! I couldn't understand it, I was just returning the joke. He says to the PT "It's either me or him, one has to go." I told him I thought it was all fun and games, but he called me childish, /blisted me and left. After that I left. I figured since he's an older guy (he kept saying he's old enough to be my dad, though I'm 25), that might be why or perhaps he had a bad day, but why would he joke with me also? I got in another PT a few days ago and he was in it. He still had me /blisted, but he was talking crap to me. LOL, so he ****-talks me and I can say nothing back. So I told the team that I have to go. I then log onto my mule, Aardvark, and tell him "I don't know what the problem is, but I have nothing against you dude." His reply " /blist add aardvark". LOL, what an ***. He creates a grudge and holds it. 'Everyone's Grudge' I guess. He was quite mean to me, but hey, it's a game. I just will put him on my list of ppl not to PT with...(or to MPK, LOL, jk).
