Yeah you have a point there. And this board is going to **** too. My guess is most of them are teenagers. I haven't had to deal with any of them but then again I don't let myself get into these kind of situations.

Same thing happened to VN boards.
People were helpful and friendly with each other and trying to learn the game when most of them had low levels.
As people got to higher levels they wanted to "one up" each other. To do build themselves up, they tried to put others down.
Same thing is happening here. The people who frequent these boards are starting to get to be higher levels so feel the needed to look better than others.
It's almost pointless to post anything about events or help here since most people will just flame you anyways.
Then there are people who go out of their way to be as annoying as possible.
I think it's best just to ignore them and keep trying to keep things polite.

Very much agreed, Meara. Asking almost anyone for help will just get you the good ol', "Do it yourself, I had to" routine.. But seeing as many things needed to be done TOGETHER in this game, that is a load of crap... As Gigaflare once told me, "People shouldn't be afraid to ask for help. It's the nature of the game. No one got where they are by themselves."

Umm, what exactly where you hopeing to accomplish by postiong this?
First off, cursing at people (directly or indirectly) makes you look extremly foolish.
Second, threatening to knock someone out (ill refrain from repeating your childish statement), makes you look a whole lot more foolish.
Third, you say you speak the truth, which sounded a whole lot like an "Angry people" to me, which is what your ******** about in your post (and consequently part of the topic).
Fourth, people who feel the need to threaten people's physical well being on a chat board, are usually 12 YO's who couldnt knock over their 6 YO sister. Someone with the ability to actually harm someone else, wouldnt publicize that.
Fifth, you sound (and tpye) like an angry fake 12 YO. This may or may not be true, but just so you know what you sound like, ill point it out.
I do sort of agree wiht you on sone of your points. This chat board is turning out to be more and more like VN boards every day. But we have several great people who post here reguarly, and we should all ban together, and try and keep some civil content on this board.
Ill be rating you down now RF, for the reasons stated above, and for just being a general idiot in this post. I have seen you post coherent posts before, and in a civil manner, so ill keep a look out for one of those, and be sure to rate you up when deserving. But im sorry to say for now, thats not the case.

going pretty good for me, nieko. leaving North Carolina around April 1st to go to Minnesota of all places. going to be an Army Recruiter there for 3 years..... *sigh* have no desire to live there, but i honestly believe peeps should join the army, so i can do the job without lying to kids. yayyy me!

I work in a Trauma facility in the kitchen. We feed 300+ people. I clean, clean dishes, prepare food carts, ect. Lots of work, lol. I enjoy it at times, though. Passes the time for the most part.

Nieko, haha the dinner before the movie thing is really backwards, but it always happen. if you eat first, then take a date to a movie, 2 things happens: gas, and bad breath. but, if you watch a movie first, you'll be too hungry to enjoy the flick. so the answer? bring your meal into the movies! imagine taking a full spread of KFC or to-go-plate from Applebees into some romance, or horror... totally ruining it for everyone. hahaha i'll have to do that sometime, if i can manage to sneak it into the movie.
