Falling asleep in FFXI (Also a question)Follow

Last night, I formed a party after five hours of seeking. It was me, NIN tank, RDM, BLM, THF and BRD in Cape Teriggan. We were kicking ***. In like four hours, I gained 15k XP. No downtime. But, our THF was about to leave so a replacement was on the way, and same with our BRD. Then out of nowhere, the RDM (JP) was like "{Time for work.}". So now, we were short a RDM. THF and BLM replacements get there and then our other BLM wants to bone out.

So, I get this WHM. He travels out there and we're still short a BRD or RDM. As I'm searching, I randomly get disconnected. I get back on and the other BLM got leader passed to them when I got DCed. He was asleep....

I apologize to the WHM and he starts flipping out on me. Saying **** like "You fu*king got me killed" which I don't think he died. And also, he's a 57WHM/28BLM....should he have Warp? Anyways, he was saying stuff like "Way to keep a party together". I explained to him that we were together for hours and **** happens. I don't have control over somebody falling asleep or me getting disconnected. He didn't realize that it's just a game and the fact that it happens.....just because you're a leader of a party doesn't mean you can control people.

He pissed me off so badly that I had to Blacklist him. My only Blacklist in a year and a half of playing this game. I also Blacklisted this ******* Gil Seller spamming "{Teleport-Holla}500Gil" every three seconds.

Do you think that he had any right to get mad at me? Do you think he was irrational? Do you think that he should calm down, realize that **** happens and try to have fun?
