Bastok Rank 7 { Do you need it?}Follow

Hi there I am looking to form a party/ Alliance for Bastok Rank 7.
Mission 6-1, can be done with an Alliance in Altepa Desert, looking for 10-12 lvl 60+ to go do this, can be done with less if we have some higher lvls coming along. It is said 10-12 lvl 60's can do it easily.

Mission 6-2, 6 person battle in Ifirts Cauldron, said it can be tanked with a lvl 60 pld with the right supporting cast.

I am a lvl 64 PLD and plan on tanking these both, target date I plan to do this is March 3rd @ 6pm est. If you would like to come along please post here or send me a tell in game.

Yes 7pm Est. on March 3rd will work. So far we have 4/12.

Myself - 64 PLD
Calais - 67 PLD
Calvern- 70 RDM (Gratz on Mashing Maat First try, and also would you be willing to tag along for 6-1?)
Dcvo - 62 BRD
Amele - 65 WHM
Shimmertaru- 69WHM

Looks like we just need a couple whm's and some DD's and we will be ready. Please let me know if your interested.

We did 6-1 and 6-2 with 12 people (actually, a couple more tagged along to help)

You can have more than 6 for Ifrit's Cauldren, and I highly recommend it. You will need one adaman ore for every 6 people that need the frag rock.

I highly suggest you do the following things:
1. Buy your adaman ore now. There was only one on auction when we did this, and we needed two, we were able to get a 2nd one from the last AH purchaser, at an increased price.

2. For 6-2, if you have more than 6 people who need it, work out a lot system before hand, we ended up needing a 3rd adaman ore because of this (which we fought with only 6 ppl)

3. Dead people can't lot, but they can receive the item if one is not lotted for, and everyone else passes

4. Make sure your inventory isn't full before starting the fight, since we were fighting crap on the way to the spawn point, one person almost lost the item because he got some extra junk he hadn't planned on having.

5. Bring a couple ice clusters for the fire wall (we didn't)

There is another way in that does not require ice cluster or waiting.

I have been interested in this Mission for months, but my shouts have been hallow in town. I am very interested in participating as 62 BRD. Although I was wondering if it is possible to move it back an hour to 7PM EST.... Work conflict.... /sigh

Hey Lionsfan, I'm pretty sure that I'll have a 61 thf and a 70 rdm to come along. They don't need the missions, but they're friends of mine. If the timing works out I have a 61 blm friend who needs the mission and could come. Also, if i can get my 69 smn friend done with rank 5-2 today he'll probably come too. Beyond that, I say we do some shouting in Jeuno before we head out.

come on any DD's out there needing this, or do we have to shout in Jeuno?

It went great, we all got Rank 7 and there really werent any problems at all. Only way it could have gone smoother is if the blm had a yhoat crystal for 6-2. It took us a little less that 3 hours to do both and get Rank 7.
