You can pretty much start partying with any job when you reach level 10.

Statics are very hard to come by at lower levels. Generally, lower level statics are set up with your friends or your linkshell who have low level jobs they may want to level and need to take a break from their main jobs, hunts, etc.

Some higher levels may even have trouble developing a static party. It pretty much comes down to who you know and who is willing.

I'm afraid finding a static at that level, and especially if it's your first job to level, is gonna be hard. Statics usually agree on a certain time of day and what days in the week they meet up and pt... A few statics create their own LS too, just so they can post LS messages about changes, do other stuff like missions etc..

I finally got a static pt for one of my jobs now, after 1 year of playing :P For me, getting there was a bit random, as I just jumped into an existing 4-member static which included a friend of mine. Other times, members of an LS might decide to team up and make a static pt. Most often it's a bunch of people who already know eachother that team up though.

Another thing about statics is that a lot of them are static because they want to level as fast as possible, which is another reason why a new character MAY have a hard time getting one of THOSE statics (you still have to level up a subjob, get extra jobs and level them if needed, etc...)

In your situation, maybe try asking people you get along with from pickup parties (you'll need to seek first, of course ;) ) if they want to meet up again later for more exp.. Remember, a static doesn't need 6 members. If you have 3-4 people it's a lot easier picking up the last couple of members when you go (it's generally wise to include a couple of mages in your static so finding members will be quicker though).

There are some people that get together and level in Konschadt Highlands around 4pm - 11pm. I suggest putting your party flag up and fighting wasps there until you get a /tell. If you're feeling lucky, I would try going all the way to the west and fighting Rock Eaters there for easy exp. That spot is usually taken though by somebody else and then there aren't enough mobs for two people.
