If You Have: (My best guess based off information gathered in the last 3 days)

Goldsmithing: 70

Smithing: 55

Bonecraft: 60

Please let me know (message a repsonce here), you will be making new never before seen weapon. You may add your name.

BTW: Lbedo and Owen refused to help, they don't want to accidently break a new item with unknown skill caps.

If you are looking for someone to craft something for you, post something here. You should get alot more responces there.
