Oh the trouble to pick!!Follow

I'm pretty sure this has been posted a ton of times. I'm back into FFXI...silly me thinking I could quit this game and not come back. Anyways...I was going to stick with Monk, but I decided to try something new. I'm closing my War in onto 28 and have it brought down to three choices: Paladin, Dark Knight, and Dragoon. I looked throughout both the forums for all three and pretty much printed any useful date on equipment and what to do. I've been told to try all three...noooo thanks. I want to stick to just one job and one job only. Told to get all three and try them out. I did that the first time, before I left, and still couldn't decide. So now, I turn to you loyal and good hearted people of the Shiva server to help me. Yes me, a troubled player on what path he should take. So any suggestions and comments are gladly and accepted with open arms...thank you.
