<Snips>things you'd rather not see from a WAR...Follow

Kinda along the lines of the "Things you dont want to hear from a blm/whm" threads

Things you'd rather not see or hear from a WAR:

~~total and utter confusion of who tanks and who pulls~~
- WAR>> *points to Snipper* (whatever they're called in Qufirm lol)
- MNK>> Ok lets get it
- WAR>> *'vokes Crab* *hears another 'voke off in the distance*
- PLer>> uhhhh s***....
- WAR>> OMFG, ; ; who pulled the other crab!?! *repeated "s***, s***, s***" for the next 5 minutes*
Needless to say, we all survived...all but me, because the PL wasnt paying attention and a Bogy took a liking to me ><

Please, always arrange pullers AND make sure you're all discussing the SAME mob lol

Here's a true story straight from the Citadel.

Party was moving alon nicely until we got a bat link. No big, the BLM slept the bat while we continued to crush the beetle, until....

NIN: Casting shadows, {Provoke} now!
WAR: Provoke
NIN: ?
WAR: Provoke ready in 15 seconds.
BLM: Sleep Seige Bat
WAR: Provoke
NIN: ???
NIN is defeated by the Beetle
Meth calls for Help!

After defeating the mobs, the NIN asked why no provoke, to which the WAR proclaimed he did provoke 2 times. I went back through the logs and saw that the WAR was provoking the bat instead of the beetle... A quick check of the WARs macros showed he was using <bt> to provoke, and that was the reason he seemed to be voking the bat. I was that WAR! Now I know that <bt> can be costly, and knowing is half the battle.

Yesterday, I pulled an Exoray, a Blazer Beetle and a Rumble Crawler accidentally when I went to wait at the entrance so that a party member could get there to the Rumble room. The beetle was way off in the distance but somehow it saw me and when it hit me my Sneak wore so that allowed the Exo to see me and when I got back to the party I had to pull them past a Rumble Crawler that had popped. All my fault. All totally accidental. But the whole party died and then disbanded cuz of it.

That was a real bummer. I was just about to turn around and let them kill me but someone from the group voked one. I was just too tired or something but this was possibly my worst ***** up EVER, and in front of experienced people!

It was a good party up to that point. Word to the wise, if you're at all tired, don't pull.
