ok, is anyone else having this update problem? Everytime it starts dlin it tells me network busy or check my e-net cord (on ps2) i guess it couldjust be congestion. but i tried like 7hrs ago, then now for the past 3. gar. this game hates me.
Troubles is an understatment... I have being trying to just start the download since yesterday, The closest I have come was once (out of the 12 times) I got the download I got to 45% before I was D/Ced. 90% on my attempts to just get the download have resulted in an error page.

Oh don't you threat you'll get the d/l .... then the lobby server will f@ck up and boot u not letting u reconnect.

Good luck! I could not get on at all after update yesterday. I managed a couple of times to begin update, but got interrupted numerous times.....logged on this morning and completed update with no downtime!

This was the one and only time I have ever been pissed about an update. Unlike alot of other people (no shots, general statement) I like the fact that SE continually evolves the game. Now I don't like all the updates they put in place but at least they mix the game up a little and I don't mind spending a little time to DL the content.
But this one REALLY made me mad. Congestion is one thing, but when you try to update 5 hours after the beginning window for the update and you still can't connect, that is a problem. They know how many people play the game and they know how many will be running the updates...we pay millions of dollars a month to avoid problems like this. I finally quit trying last night and started to DL this morning, it is prolly still running now while I am at work.

Guess I got lucky. I updated while I was at work, waited 5 minutes for it to finish when I got home and logged in. FYI, it was a little over 4 hours...with DSL >.<
woot 50% completed with 2 hrs remaining, and no sign of network issues!
