SE doesn't believe in "Customer Service"Follow
GMs that do nothing for the game and servers that are always down without notice. Anyone know when they're going to be done whatever they are doing on Shiva?
@ 6pm est. Btw most of the problems lately are because people are purposely attacking SE's servers. (prolly all the bitter gilsellrs and scam artists who got booted on valentines day hehe)
yes, please don't ride on SE because of ******** DDoSing the servers. SE is trying their hardest to get things back in order. I'd like to see what you'd do, if you were in the same spot as them ? (not tryin to start anything, just trying to make ya think a bit)
Yes, the server outages are annoying, and very frustrating, but this was not planned on in any way by SE (maybe they should?)...

Well, I wouldn't have a problem with SE is they just booted all the gilsellers instead of a select few they don't like. For instance, get rid of the Oo and Crt clan lol.
working their hardest is a good thing...but when we get a few days worth of game loss for some ppl that play alot ... why not reimburse or make next months payment a few dollars less... somethign to keep the ppl coming back
The update where they booted 800 accounts between all the servers, wasn't booting "gilsellers" they were booting "gilsellers who MPKed" which I believe they even made a clear point about. Gilsellers who monopolized the system. At least that's what I got out of the article. I guess Oo, Gards, Crt, etc aren't MPKers :/
ive talked to a GM one time. even though monopolising NM is aganist the terms and conditions somewhere a GM said that they dont do anything because its not against the terms and conditions.... thats gay huh.
they will only take action against gil sellers if they approach you and offer you gil at a website or something. they must come to you

It is their fault. They obviously don't have a firewall, which means this happened becuase they're stupid.
