I can help you out, I have shown many people this coffer spawn, and most anyone has waited for the pop has been 45 minutes. Usually at this spawn point, it is waiting there to be popped though.

Over 8 hrs Solo and ~8-10 with 2+ people, and still no luck yet. Any tips for finding this?
Here go to this link. That site will give you maps of all the coffer spawns and NM spawns as well.
