I have read in a few places that a beastmaster is a good kite for this as well. Using a jug pet to pull and kite a monster around, pet food once to heal the pet. Once the pet is dead the beastmaster is able to "charm-bind" the monster. What this means is when a beastmaster attempts to charm a monster that is not charmable (goblins, quadavs, yagudo, giants, etc) they will be bound for 0-4 seconds. This is usually enough time to get out of the range of an attack.

With a 15 second recast I think it would be possible to kite a monster for a reasonable amount of time. If you are interested in trying I'm available every Tuesday night from 4-10 central as well as other random nights throughout the week.
