This Saturday at 3 PM EST, in Konschatt, LordsOfTheBeasts will be holding it's first-ever BST Event -- Beast-a-Palooza.
Who should come?
* BSTs who wouldn't mind talking shop with other BSTs.
* LOTB LS members. (can I get RAWR, please?)
* Younger BSTs who may be having problems with BST.
* People who are just curious about the job.
My hope is that we can get enough BSTs together to run off and handle some missions or quests that some of the attendees may need to have done. There's talk of a Beadaux Coffer Key hunt, and Siviard is planning what he calls 'The Newbie Death Run', and a Quifim event he's calling 'Kraken One-Shot Contest'.

If you're not yet at level 7 or 8, it doesn't matter. Send me a tell in-game, and LOTB will arrange for an escort. We'll protect lower level BSTs from anything that might aggro them in Konschatt. Just let us know that you need a lift.

From Siviard, who'll be running these two events:
Newbie Death Run - Switch to any level 1 job that you may have, doesn't matter what job it is. Contestants must make a run for it from San d'Oria to Jeuno.....or at least try to make it as far as they can. The person who makes it the furthest, OR makes it all the way to Jeuno and /pokes the designated {Beastmaster} at the finish line wins. (Don't /poke from distance, you MUST be standing right in front of the designated finish line {Beastmaster}) (Also, If you get a Teleport-Holla, which is basically cheating, you're DQed, we will have a BST monitoring the Crag just in case)
Kraken One-Shot Contest - Contestants switch to a Lv. 1 job (no job restriction) and are escorted to where Kraken spawns on Qufim Island. (Be sure to set home point in Jeuno) A high level Beastmaster will charm the Kraken. When a contestant is ready, the Beastmaster will Release the Kraken, making it open to attack. The Lv. 1 person attacks, and of course, Kraken will retaliate with a 1 shot kill. Rinse and repeat until all contestants have been killed by the Kraken 3 times. The contestant with the highest average damage taken from the Kraken will win the contest.
