I dunno, something like that really sounds good on paper, but it would take a lot of work to get done. Personally though, I'd love to see some representitives from each server (maybe like 12 from each.) go into a seperate server and have a nice ballista tournament. There's nothing like bragging rights huh? =P
This idea...is a very good one! I think it would be interesting to hold a tourney with all servers and the winning server will get some sort of prize... the thing is though who would be able to participate?

Hmm, you didn't specify this in your first post, so I assumed that your idea was to have it on the same server, But SE wouldn't make a server dedicated to Ballista.. Might aswell call it PvP if they did..
It would be like Diorama, you would have to chalange a server army and then get teleported to the new server, then you would have the icons with your server symbol on it and fight.
