Fact is: She wasn't trying to sell it for 50k, which is what somehow happened (she dc'd).
Then Majik bought it and sold it for a 29.9+mil profit. And refused to give Pene ANY of it.

I don't understand where she DC'd in this. If she had put it up for 55,000 and DC'd and she reverted back she'd have not had it up in bazaar. DCing wouldn't cause it to go from 55,000,000 to 55,000. She had to have made the mistake before she DC'd or went AFK. And my understanding is that she never DC'd, just that she went AFK for the night/day in Batallia.
And I've heard stories about people making auction house mistakes - buying something for way over price by accident when trying to bid on an item above or below the one they bid on. People usually chalk that up to a stupid mistake and don't get on the case of the person who was selling.
It's nice to give the gil/item back but it's not required and not doing so is not theft.

And it was mentioned in this thread that some of his LS mates were telling him to keep the gil. And if that's true, then that's something I'd hold against DVS. But I don't know if that's true so I'm not at the moment.

I wasn't in the linkshell when this event happened... nor was a lot of people that are in the linkshell today. Even with that... the people in the ls do not have control of another person's actions, therefore, I don't they should be blamed for it.

Xellith, I have seen you around and everytime someone mentions your name it seems to be about something bad. I have never heard anyone have a 'good' opinion of you. Despite that I used to think (I don't know him personally so maybe he is ok just misunderstood and all that jazz).
After reading all the posts in this thread. I can officially say that you are a troll. You apparently exist to start controversy and bad drama. You find some sick perverse pleasure in 'causing' others to publically defend themselves against you. You find sick perverse pleasure in attempting to degrade and humiliate as many people as possible. You are generally not a good guy. I would be very surprised 'anyone' has every called you a friend. Why do I say this? because you contridict yourself in subsiquent posts. When others point out your 'facts' are outright 'lies' you don't even acknowledged it. All the real evidence in this post actually shows that DVS is a very kind and careing LS. DVS cares about how others preceive it and doesn't like some low life like you smearing its good name over made up stories based upon fictitous facts. Please realize that you are ruining your own good name to every 'new' person who reads this or some other 'project' of yours.
Here is some unsoliticted advise. Load up PlayOnline and start lvling your character. You obviously spend too much time on these boards and its a wonder you have a job past 30. If I am completely wrong about you then so be it. In any event I would suggest changing your attitude 'drastically' otherwise you will never get what you want. Attitude controls your Altitude.
I personally remember your 'time' in DVS and what was said is true. You 'claimed' to be on a friends account not a 'mule'. Yet another lie you came up with. You weren't kicked because we sided with Majik (or whoever) we kicked you because you are an **** and your 15 minutes of fame in LS chat was enough to proove it. DVS routinely breaks pearls to new members who prove to be negative nellys who have a sever chip on their shoulder. Sure some people in LS Chat may have jokingly praised what Majik did at any particular point in time ages ago. It is called |Sarcasim| |Do you have it?|.
