lets break this down... you kicked Derek because he didn't want to stand in a "PLAYER MADE" line to do a quest... a quest! come-on people this is a game don't be so **** about every little thing its about having fun. if this is how DVS runs its business, kicking players for stupid reasons, then I want no part of it ill go to another linkshell first.
people take things way to seriously. to be honest there should not have been a line in the FIRST place.
besides jae you misused your authority, you only heard one side of the story... you didn't get Derek's side of the story or anything you just kicked.... for a stupid reason...
if that's how your hnm ls handles its business then maybe you need to rethink how you run it, try getting both sides then making a wise choice it is a game man.

sure this game is about aving fun but there should always be courtesy shown to others who play as well... isnt that the way you would liek to be treated?
anyways i am not going to get into the drama between DVS and Derekz or whatever, it does not concern me so i will not comment on it since i do not know the full story from either viewpoint

Yes... a "Player Made" line. 99% of the people on this server had enough decency and respect for each other to form a "Player Made" line and wait patiently out of simple respect for each other.
That is how I want to be treated. That is how I try to treat others in this game. That is how I treat others in real life where it really matters.
I dont know the specifics of how and why Jae kicked you Derekz. Jae is a hot head sometimes but I have always known him to be fair and honest. He is one of the most unselfish people I know... period. I trust that he did the right thing. The fact that you even gave the appearance of being SO disrespectful of your fellow players is not the way DVS/DVSIII works.
And for those that dont want to be associated with a group that tries to maintain a high moral and ethical character... go away then. I truly dont want to see anyone leave our LS, but by the same token I ONLY want people here who treat others with dignity and respect. If that isnt you... best of luck and I will see you in-game.

so why was i kicked? i didnt breaks any rules. just cause raithx had to wait is why i was kicked? And i know other people that did the same thing and they didnt get kicked.

I am in NBA for now and I am starting to like it there but with all my characters getting close to 60 I am gonna be of more use to people that are doing the many many hi level quests out there who have the assets in levels that I have built so that is why I want DVS3.
DVS would be good but I am about to leave NBA I'm afraid and so I would be leaving your ls too at 60.
Oh and check that Kramer, I think you missed Hillary's post or something cuz you didn't mention her name. Heh

Derekz, if you truly wanted back into the ls, you would at least ACT like you're sorry. It was a player made line, but how does that make it different from player made rules of etiquette for HNM thingies? Granted I don't have a perfect track record on HNM etiquette, but at least I can admit I was wrong, and I did apologize for it. And even though I wasn't the actual one who did it, I was with them, and I didn't do anything to stop it. As the saying goes, "If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem".
Everybody else was patiently waiting in line, taking their turn, in a very fair system. Except for those lucky ones who got into FFXI right after the update, EVERYBODY waited. I waited, my friends waited, non-friends waited, even people I don't like waited.

ok im sorry for being smarter than all of yall , in having the balls to do it. and what world you live in . "fair"? the world is not fair.
its a double standard if he was kicked for "cutting in line" then why was the other 5 or 6 in DVS who cut not kicked? i think what happened was jae heard ONE side of the story kicked without a good reason and now is trying to cover his mistake.
if u kick derekz for cutting then kick everyone else who cut in DVS... and as far as him :giveing the shell a bad image" i think kickin people unjustly is making DVS look bad.

here i am ... and your just proving your reason for me kicking u ... the reason raith kicked u is cause he told me u were making a scene ... then after u cut in line i get over 15 tells from ppl i don't know but somehow find out i'm one of the leaders of the LS ... sure it was a player made line . the reason .. so that everyone could act like normal ppl for once in this game.. and the ppl that made that line i have respect for because for the first time in this game alot of ppl came together to get one thing done .. and each took his or her turn ... u however have the ME ME ME attitude which is one thing that this LS is not about ... and your proving your point more and more in this forum .. which i had asked at the start to only be used for as a posting asking for ne members not as a flame thread... sure there was no rules saying .. if there is a play made line u can't cut it .... it's called respect and common courtesy ... which apparently u don't care about ... and because of that u were kicked.. as will anyone in either DVS or DVSIII will be ... i've only ever kicked ppl that have a poor idc about what u say attitude.. if u think i abused any sort of power your mistaken .. cause that power is mine to use and i've only used it to boot ppl that don't show the LS any respect or make the LS look bad .. u were given a chance once before and well the chance was blown ... so have fun ingame hope i don't see u around .. :) take care and have a nice day

ok i was there for the derekz incident...firstly he switched LS's to Bahamut's Lair
secondly later that day there were several other members talking about cutting in line and were told that was ok as long as they removed the LS first.
So let me get this straight its not ok to cut in line unless you first remove the LS? This is stupid get over it I mean it was all for a dumb npc that most of us didn't need anyway cause we're already pretty high level. I just have a hard time understanding why you would kick one person and not others?

Hillary is already in DVS and will be accepted into DVSIII automatically at level 60, as long as she chooses that DVSIII will be her only endgame LS. That's the reason I did not mention her above

Uh ok, nice account mister 1 post, that made a new account just to hide thier real name. I can guarntee you that there were no other DVSIII members that cut in line, and if you are going to say so, then atleast provide some names. Also noone would ever say if you removed your pearl it was ok to disrespect others, your just full of crap, go away already.
Also I dont care if it was a lining up for damn insect wing, the point here is not what the line was for, the point is that it was ill mannered and disrespectful to others we do not want someone like that in our LS. As for Jae abusing his authority, who the hell are you to say that anyways?. He was given that authority for a reason and is only looking out for the best interest of our LS.

Yeah but if a worker at Magic Mountain (or any other amusement park) sees you cutting in line, you get expulsed from the park.

if you want to kick him from DVSIII because he isnt "respectfull" enough for your HNMLS fine but you had no reason to kick him from DVS pearl others did cut and derekz DID REMOVE PEARL! seriously you think him cutting hurt your recruiting? people reading how you treat your members over a QUEST is going to cost you members and your blatent misuse of leadership jae u shoulda talked to derekz about it before kicking instead of just hearing one side.
