Let's see...
Get monk to 75, I'm just over halfway through 72 to 73, so it isn't too much of a stretch.

Get Windy rank 10, I've been on 6-1 forever, sucks not having any buddies from Windurst.

Start paladin, again. Lvl 20pld. I like it alot, really interests me, after monk, pld. Yeah.

Start a craft. I don't really have the motivation really, but it stinks not having a craft sometimes. 11 Bone, 7cloth, 2cooking, oh yeah, making the big gilz now.

Although I want to lvl pally, I'm still gonna play monk. Get merits, uber gear, and just play it, I just want to do another job too. Maybe round out some other jobs too, just play them a bit, ultimately I want all jobs past lvl 30 (definetely past the dunes though).

I wanna get to 55-60 SAM, get rank 7 and possibly rank 8 sandy, get thf from 10-15 (which i should do before this weekend) for TH. Farm about 4M in silk threads after i get TH so I can get O kote and then a Haubergeon at lvl 59. I hope to get that at least the 4M farmed and lvl 55 SAM. The rest would just be a consellation prize. :P

Would like to get the promy's finally finished and over with.. I've had the expansion since it came out, and haven't seemed to be able to finish one. Getting to 75blm would be nice, since im at 73 right now. I would also like to find a HNM/Dynamis LS soon. That's all I can think of at the moment.

I would like to get all the Promys done I guess but I have no idea what they are about. I need to complete LB2 so I don't spend another year stuck getting 4 jobs to 55. BLM AF feet are next in line for attention after I level THF to 54 or so, then I am GONNA get that BLM AF HAT!

Other goals, well after friggin forever I would like the #(%*$& Elshimo Marble to drop ONE day! Oh and I plan on doing a BCNM 40 a couple of times eventually so that I can get Erase(600k btw). Small wonder there are so few whm around when ppl keep asking if you have such an expensive spell, like it was so easily available so long ago. I might just leave WHM at 51 till I get it frankly.

Oh, and I need a Dark Staff. Oh, and a Hornetsneedle. Oh, and a Scorpion Harness. Been thinkin about getting a Byrnie too.
