ok just to let everyone know, the chara on shiva named nobodyhere- yeah that's his name- DO NOT do garrison with him.
He organized the garrison, told everyone to pass on all and he would divide the goods fairly. Ppl who died in the garrison were supposed to get dragon pages. I admit the first one was rough.
However, we passed on all and he died in the first, got a dragon page, then another dead member got a dragon page on the second garrison.
THEN the chara named 'nobodyhere' LEFT WITH EVERYTHING. So whatever you do, DO NOT do garrisons with 'nobodyhere.'

I was in his garrison lol. The first run there wwere some isssues with lotting treasure but it went okay. Then on our second run he got every item and immediately logged out! >< Good thing it wasnt my cryptex that time ^^
Yeah, he's also an elitist. He puts down other people to their face if they're not the "perfect" jobs. He's been on my blist for quite some time.
