I still play because my friends do and I like it ^^
I log in everyday for maybe 1 hour or so. I don't even wanna level or craft. I just run back and forth in port jeuno talking to friends and checking the AH for current prices. I'm seriously having a hard time letting go. LOL. After awhile, I log off and play WoW. haha but everyday I come back and keep in touch with my friends.
Reasons
-Making fun of Snekadid is too much fun
-Going on stuipd adventures with Renita is a huge laugh
-Getting myself killed 17 times per Dynamis run is to much to pass up
-Watching and really trying to figure out what the heck goes on in Neo's head really is interesting
-/pokeing Snekadid's dead body
-Having Epic Ballista battles with my best Monk buddy Kenshiro(Guy is freaking hard)
-Making fun of Shaolinz's theifness....ya it's a inside joke
-Chatting
-Soloing stuff for people who I have no idea are(I get pokes from people I don't remember, sorry)
-Hitting stuff...I guess.
-Doing stuff for a laugh
-Going on CoP adventures, only to die by man-eatting boxes
There is more, thats all for now

i dont even realy know. i allways thought of FFXI as addicting but not fun. i think its mostly because ive played so long and invested so much time that it would be hard to stop, all though at times i wish i could. i realy do miss offline RPG's.
I don't really want to play anymore... But to be honest, I have nothing else to do.. Nothing is fun to me anymore, and I don't live around my friends anymore, so this is the closest thing to that.
If I did have a reason, I would have to say it'd be b/c of my friends. Unfortunately, majority of them have been quitting as of late.. meh.. w/e.
Edit: Sky stuff is fun as well as HNMs^^

After my Garlaige Citadel coffer key run today that was a big bust, I am asking myself that question a lot.

Ooh your asking yourself that after the run?. Ouch, wait until you need the coffer, and next you get Eld Necropolis. I'm sorry...
You could always just tank naked like I did to level 75. You just fight with a warp cudgel and when things look bad just hit the macro to use it followed by some comment in regards to /party "So long suckers, it is the white mages turn to tank...lolol". Easy as that, no need for any AF then.
