Good idea and valid point, I think that making new markings is not the best solution though but rather maybe altering the hourglasses so that these are all associated with each other, each glass could have a number assigned to it once the date is passed the number is recycled into the pool of possible numbers, so all hourglasses derived from the mother unit will carry the same ID. Only potential problem is I don't know how Dynamis is set up on the SE servers. If it is a part of our server then they can't keep making lots of new Dynamis zones everytime a new group registers. If it is like a BCNM and it is on its own "server" (or so I'm told) then it is possible. Either way as x-box 360 comes into play and more and more people play this will become a more and more valid point. Your best hope is that it will start to annoy the JP players and that will make SE do something about it.

Edit: Also I wanted to say good job in not just complaining about a problem but also providing a potential solution. Too many people only complain in this game and never offer solutions to problems.
