Thats right. Bastok has control of Ronfaure. If you are Bastokian you better get this Outpost Supply quest done. This is a very, very rare occasion.

Why couldn't I be Windurstian or Bastokan and either benefit or laugh at this XD... Losing Ronfaure feels terrible, so much for national pride.
