Best Leaders on Shiva!Follow

Heh, thanks Rag, I think ;) Anyway, my two cents on leaders is this: Miriel is the leader of DVS. Do I think Miriel is a better person than me? Heh, sometimes, but that's not the point. Really it has more to do with the fact that that Mir makes way better group descisions than I do. When something goes wrong, I am often amazed at the things that man suggests, the solutions and gracefulness he maintains when I'm all but cursing my freaking head off. I've been in DVS for like two years. A LONG time to be in a LS, and have known Mir for longer than many people know someone they consider thier best friend. He's one of those people you just gravitate to, even someone like me who has been in leadership stuff for a long time. (college RA etc) He embodies what DVS is about, and it's something I like a lot. We run a Democratic LS, Myself and other members run big events all the time, we don't need Miriel to hold our hand. But even when we do he's always there when he can be, in the background, not taking over, just as a show of support. He commands my respect through no powerplay of his own than just his really strong personal character. DVS has a lot of great mini leaders/supports (Jae, Ali, Alek, Sammm, Frig etc.) but Many of us are a little too strong willed or impulsive to make a succesful linkshell, so we just make Mir make all the hard descisions :p lol j/k Anyway you get teh point. I'm a very independant person, I just see nothing wrong with letting a good trusted friend make descisions when I know for a fact he's made better ones in the past and will continue to do so than anyone I know.

Other LS have different goals. I'm not gonna say any one is better than another, 'cause I don't honestly think they are. Neorei I hear runs a good LS with HOCD, Kramer although we may have had our differences was a good sky leader during his time in DVS3, The LOTB leaders have my respect trying to do everything with Bsts in a tottally against the grain kinda way :) Meara I have seen show some great words of wisdom as well. Whoever runs Dark Legacy must be pretty decent at what he does, though I can't attest to all of thier guys playing nice I can say they all have some pretty spiffy ****** Oh and yellowcake's leader does a pretty good job not getting involved in annoying 10 year old style fights up in sky, something I really admire. Though some of the above people have different goals/motives than my home, I have heard good things about them and they seem good at what they do, and that deserves recognition. This server would be boring as hell if Every LS was the same. Some people just want really awesome gear fast. Anything wrong with that? Not at all! There are LS for that, Some just wanna chill and do sky sometimes and sometimes not do a damn thing, and there are LS for that too. Keep up the good work guys.

I am not from Shiva so I can't tell which dynamis or LS is "the great" but that sure as heck looks like ego to me O.o Then you go from saying "one of the top" to "the best NA dynamis on your server." I bet all of the other "peon" Dynamis LSs/Linkshells on your server thinks that's full of ****. And what happens if they reach your "level" wow I can only imagine the ego wars there.

Yes it's great to feel confident about one's LS and all but that type of attitude ends up biting your *** in the end. There ARE other opinions out there-- and on Remora, Dynamis is {Too Weak}

I am keeping to my opinion- you can flame that all you want- but I am not changing anything I say because it's the truth.

I havent known many good leaders, but I would definately say Sophus. He is ALWAYS helping someone, and yeah he may not be 75 and super uber, but that's because he takes all that time that he could be using for himself to help link members ^^ Now if I could just get him CoP motivated....

I'd have to agree with Nieko. I have been in many ls's with messenger over a long period of time. He has helped so many people do so many things. One of the best leaders by far on the server.

I remember Darkflare. I admired him for so long. He's out in the service right now.. He is truely a good guy to know. I was once in the Eternal Flare.. Long ago. ^^

Best Linkshell leader of Shiva is "Meara" leader of Soulfire linkshell.
i can't explain why i said Meara is the best leader because too many reason and i dont want to type it all :)
