They did. It's called "Everyjobwescrewed'sparadise". It's an area where you won't win any battles unless your party is filled to the max with DRGs, NINs and THFs. The gear drops there are really good for those three classes, but all the other classes have mainly one good piece. However, the one good piece is amazing so all the jobs want to go there. Also, you can only get the good piece after every member in your alliance that is a DRG NIN and THF has the item.
