Are these things really worth 50K? I can't find them in the AH in Jeuno. Hmm, I wonder if I was ripped off.
Last time I paid for one I found them for 25k each. Now that was like 3 months ago so maybe they've gone up in price.
As to if you've been ripped off. I don't use them often but it's real nice when you're in the middle of nowhere and theres no guards around to renew to be able to pop on the staff and renew your signet. Its nice that I paid only 25k for one but I'd consider spending 50k for one if it was the only one available.
As to why you can't find it on the AH, maybe it's one of those items that won't sell through the AH. I've never tried selling one of mine to see if it can be done.
Question I have for people: During my purchasing spree's I bought 2 Kingdom and 1 federation staff. The question has never really came up before but as a San D'orian, will I be able to use the federation staff or will it only work for Windurstians (I think windy's federation, you get the idea.

They're Conquest Items that can be purchased for 5000 Conquest points by any Rank 10 characters.
They will give Signet to you(if you're from that nation) or anyone in your party(from that nation). Is that worth 50k? If you really want that capability, buying them from Rank 10 players or getting rank 10 yourself and purchasing are the only way to obtain them.
