AF2 is dropped from the mobs in Dynamis, rare drops at best. They can drop from any of the mobs you fight, along with dynamis currency.
Those items listed on killingifrit can be bought on the AH and looks like some of them are drops from dynamis itself. I know Angel Skin and Damascus ingots aren't, at least I haven't seen them drop from dynamis ever. And if I read that list correctly, it requires 700 T Whiteshells for an angel skin...which is at best estimate 14 million gil I think if you buy the shells or at most 7 million for about 7 runs to obtain the shells if the LS you run with allows you to sponsor. Better off buying off the AH, angel skin runs I believe last time I checked about 1 million. And yes, you have to trade the Goblin NPC the dynamis currency to obtain the items listed.
Relic Upgrade is done by first obtaining the relic weapon of the job of your choice. There are four stages, the goblin NPCs will tell you what is needed for each stage. It requires dynamis currency to upgrade to the next stages, and it gets progessively more expensive. Upgrading relic weapons is by no means cheap, requires millions and millions of gil to upgrade to the final stage or many many months of sponsoring runs. Very few people have the final stage of their relic weapon.
Each shell that does dynamis is different, I know DVS3 at one point sold and split dynamis currency amongst those that came to a run. How much you made was dependent on how much currency dropped and how many got relic armor(AF2). Honestly the only way to make gil in dynamis is that route or sponsor your own runs and sell the currency. However I don't see any endgame shell that does dynamis allowing that. Most allow sponsoring for relic upgrades only.
Dynamis or 'Die'namis as some will call it, is an xp drain. Expect to die and die alot, even the best groups will wipe, nothing like seeing 30+ or 40+ or even 50+ people dead in dynamis. In the northlands, mobs will drop xp scrolls, but the amount of xp you get is next to nothing. The answer to your question, is no, you won't get xp, you will just lose xp.
Hope that answers your questions.
