I tried this already. I firmly believe there are no more then 6 people on Shiva, who speak English, who have SM or above. What I had to do was start at C and do farming runs as a static to get people up to SM so we can farm these rings. If you need to know some names of people who are around LC and C let me know.

It can be done easily with four. Three is okay but somewhat risky. I know a few high rank people, but none are interested. I can probably get one person for it, so I only need 1-2 people out of those six to get it going on a regular basis. :P
