What did you pick and why?

I'm an engineer/miner and I decided to go Goblin Engineering as the "book" describing the two made me believe that the goblins had more rifle choices. The whole reason I went ENG was to craft rifles for myself, as a hunter it's nice to not have to be a slave to the AH or NPCs for ammo too. As of right now I'm not entirely thrilled with my choice, but I'm really starting to like fighting with dynamite (especially Gnomeregan and all the little gnomes that like to group together, it's fun seeing 300+ damage pop over that many heads Smiley: smile

).

Exloding gnomes - hehe. Seems to me you really should see the gnomes go flying through the air when you blow them up - now THAT would be fun to watch! LOL

I do sort of wish we could have more than 2 primary professions, as I would love to have engineering as a third. For my hunter I felt that skining/leatherworking was the most useful. I find I can usually make better gear than what I can loot off my kills.

Im an engineer as well, will be going gnome engineering myself. Since...well, I am a gnome :P Just need to hit the level to do the turn in since I made all of the pre-requisite items already.

I love the gadgets so the gnome side was good for me, but goblin side definitely has its appeal :P Engineering all around, while its not the most lucrative, is definitely the most fun profession.
